Think of me as a not-too-sweet lime soda with benefits, but none of the caffeine content of my Kombucha cohort. You see, I'm sans tea, and instead made with fermented lemongrass. I’m enhanced with spirulina next—a blue-green algae that has more calcium than whole milk, more protein than tofu, more beta-carotene than carrots, and more iron than spinach.
