Shipping policy

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

We ship Canada-wide and Internationally! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders being shipped are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to world-wide postal service delays, orders may arrive later than the estimated delivery date.

Local delivery

Local delivery for the Charlottetown area is available for $10 fee through Charlottetown Express Delivery. Deliveries are available Monday-Saturday and typically made between 5pm-6pm. In order for same-day delivery, please ensure your order is made before 3pm or it will be delivered the next business day.  Please specify any delivery requests in the order notes.

Local delivery for all other areas of PEI is available for a flat rate from Monday-Friday through MacInnis Express. Depending on what time your order is placed, it will be delivered the same day or next business day. To ensure same-day shipping, please confirm your order with us via phone.

In-store and Curb-side pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located on 34 Queen Street in downtown Charlottetown. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up typically within 1hr. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday.  When you arrive in-store, please provide us the name your order was placed under. If you require curb-side pickup, please call us at 902-892-6227 when you arrive and we will run your order out to you.
