Tastes Like: Think of this as your smoothest introduction to matcha. The familiar taste of green tea, balanced with subtly sweet tropical undertones and a creamy coconut finish.
To Make: Add 1-2 tsp, or 1 scoop of the Blume Golden Spoon, of Matcha Coconut to a shallow bowl with 1⁄4 cup of hot (80°F) but not boiling water.
Whisk in a ‘W’ motion with the Blume Bamboo Whisk for 20 to 30 seconds until matcha is blended and smooth. Add to a mug, and slowly add 1 cup of frothed hot ‘milk’ or cold milk’ with ice. Sweeten to taste (like maple syrup).Bamboo Whisk
