DIRECTIONSAdult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus laevigata) (Fruit) 200 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Maltodextrin, Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
